Sharing the Addison Road love with Nadine

When did you first discover Marrickville Markets?

My first visit to the markets was about 3 years ago after I moved to Marrickville.

One Sunday I followed a steady stream of people walking in to the Addison Road Community Centre and there I discovered a world that is Marrickville Markets.

I'm a regular now, whether it be to pick up some fruit & veg for the week, grab a delicious lunch or treat myself with a beautiful bunch of flowers or a much needed coffee.

Are you able to pinpoint exactly what it is that you love so much about it (ie. Marrickville Markets)?

There is so much to love about the markets: the relaxed atmosphere, wide variety of stalls, great food and the friendly faces you see there every week....did I mention that I LOVE the food?!!!

With so much great food to choose from, it's like being a kid in a candy store.  I am a regular at the Malaysian noodle store (Jackie M) and my hubby loves the pork buns and corn fritters.

With so much great food and fresh produce at so many different stalls it's always difficult to decide what to eat!  This is probably one of the reasons why I go to the markets so often, to try everything!

We love that you love to share your love of Marrickville Markets through pictures and blogs.  How much of an impact or influence do you think this has to on your readers/viewers/fans?

I started the innerwestlifestyle blog and the "I Love the Inner West" facebook page because I completely love where I love and I just wanted to share that with anyone who would listen!

The Inner West encompasses so many great things from cafes & restaurants, amazing street art, a diverse range of bars and entertainment and of course the fabulous Marrickville Markets!

I want to share what I discover and love it when others share what they find with me. The Marrickville Markets are a regular feature on our facebook page because I'm a regular visitor!  It's great to remind the local community of what a great market we have, right in our very own backyard!

Who is your favourite stallie and why?

Another hard question!  This is tough, but I love my regular weekly fix of Malaysian Noodles

What 5 words would you use to ell people why they should visit, and more importantly, shop at Marrickville Markets?
